The Remote Projects 2.5m x 2.5m Oilskin Tarp Shelter is a traditional canvas bushcraft-style tarp that can be used as a canvas shelter from the elements - grab a swag, wool blanket and a groundsheet and you're good to go.

Crafted from 8oz quality oilskin material, this tarp offers superior durability and water resistance, making it perfect for enduring harsh outdoor conditions.

Whether you're setting up a shelter for a night out in the bush or need a reliable cover for your gear, the Oilskin Tarp offers versatility and durability for your outdoor adventures.

• 8oz Quality Oilskin Material: Provides excellent durability and water resistance, developing a unique patina over time.
• 19 Nylon Loops made from 25mm Webbing: Ensures secure and versatile setup options.
• Water-resistant: Naturally repels water to keep you dry during wet conditions and can be reproofed as required.

The Oilskin tarp is heavier and more traditional compared to plastic or ultra-light tarps, preferred by some due to durability, breathability and weather resistance. However, we do not recommend using it at the beach or in sandy conditions as the sand can stick to the oilskin.

If you plan to use as a shelter you will need tent pegs, rope and an upright pole/branch or tree/vehicle to tie on to.
