RETURNS POLICY 
You may return your order for a refund, exchange or credit note within 
twenty-one (21) days of purchase, for any reason.

All returned items must be unused and in original condition, with tags still attached. Please note return shipping isn't covered and refunds need to be made to the original purchase method. 

Gift cards cannot be returned and are valid for two (2) years from date of issue. 

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To process a return or exchange, please email service@remoteprojects.com.au

Please include your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return, including the reason for exchange. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once your item has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet our return policy requirements you will be contacted by our customer care team.

REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the credit card or paypal account used to make the original order. 

If you have used a gift voucher to make your purchase, you will be issued a credit note valid for 6 months.

Sale items may be returned for a credit note only.

Afterpay purchases will be refunded back through Afterpay. In cases where only part of an order is returned for a refund, Afterpay will automatically update your payment plan.
