How to access your rewards and check your balance:

1. On a desktop computer click on the Rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen. In the Rewards pop-up you can either click Join Now or Sign In. If you have already shopped with us before, chances are you may already have an account.
2. Login to your account (or click forgot password) and then you will be able to see your points balance (in the rewards pop-up)
3. Click Redeem Points - this will give you a discount code, which you can copy and apply in your cart.

* Note - rewards points can't be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers including sales.

Ways to Earn:

Shop and Earn: As a member of Remote Rewards, you earn points for every dollar you spend on remoteprojects.com.au. It's simple – for every $1 spent, you earn 5 points, bringing you closer to better deals.

Birthday Points: When your big day rolls around,  you'll receive points as our gift to you. Your birthday is more than just a date – it's a milestone in your personal adventure. Think of it as us shouting you a beer!

Sign Up for a Store Account: Start your rewards journey by creating a store account and earn 1000 points as a welcome to our community.

Ways to Redeem:

Redeeming your hard-earned points is simple. Every 100 points earned can be redeemed for a $1 discount on your orders.

How to Earn Birthday Points:

Wondering how to claim those birthday points? Follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your store account on our website.
2. Navigate to the "Remote Rewards" panel under the 'Ways to Earn' section.
3. Enter your birthday date in the loyalty panel. Remember, this must be done before your birthday!
4. On your next birthday, you'll receive a gift of 2000 points from us, making your big day even more awesome.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points within the 'Ways to Earn' section of your loyalty panel. Points for placing an order or signing up will be immediately credited to your account, provided you are logged in and using the same email address as your store account. The birthday earning actions can be completed by clicking directly on the panel.

 

How long do my points last?

You have 12 months to redeem your points.

What if I enter the wrong birthday date?

Don't stress - If you've entered the wrong birthday date, simply click 'Edit date' in the loyalty panel. If you enter a date within the next 30 days, you won't receive birthday points this year. However, you'll be rewarded on that date the following year.
